Superior Provider Network
Coach-Net
was originally formed to meet the road service needs of the recreational
vehicle industry. As a result, our ISP network has to be
more complex and diversified in terms of services and coverage
areas.
Currently our network consists
of 30,000 service providers throughout the United States and Canada.
Coach-Net's dedicated Vendor Relations Department is charged
with maintaining this network on a daily basis. These hard
working individuals focus on managing the ISP relationship to
ensure that the best quality of service is provided. Our
reputation in the industry is by far one of the best and as such,
Coach-Net calls receive top priority, thus the customer receives
the best service available.
Furthermore, given our
business model, we are able to form contracted relationships with
thousands of ISPs all over the United States and Canada in order
to secure the best rates available while still maintaining a first-class
level of service. With our pass-through claims programs,
our clients directly realize these cost savings.

to Technology
Coach-Net's commitment
to technology is an on-going event rooted in the principles of
delivering the highest customer service possible. We focus
on technology in order to capitalize on efficiencies, improve
service, and better manage our ISP network and secure data.
We incorporate the best software and hardware available and our
IT staff works with outside experts to develop customized solutions
when needed.
For example, in August
of 2003 we rolled out a
new
proprietary dispatch mapping solution, called PinPoint.
This software was developed with the help of one of the leading
spatial data firms in the country. PinPoint also allows
us to track and manage our network of service providers more efficiently
and accurately, and provides a smooth integration between the
mapping data and the member database, resulting in a more user-friendly
system.
While PinPoint is GPS enabled,
we are monitoring the wireless industry closely for additional
technologies that will be utilized in the coming years due to
government mandated GPS wireless features. Coach-Net is
prepared to capitalize on implementation of GPS technology into
the nationwide 911 response systems, and we have incorporated
911 features into our mapping system which allow us to dispatch
emergency personal to a member's location if need be.
