On
April 10th, 2008, my wife and I were on our first trip in our new Winnebago
Tour motor home, from Albany, OR to Sacramento, CA. At approximately 8 pm, our
coach had a sudden coolant overheat alarm, and we became stranded on the side of Interstate 5, in heavy truck traffic. Somewhat unprepared, we called AAA, then Good Sam. Both were unable to provide ANY assistance, while our coach rocked with each semi truck that passed within 1 foot of us on the shoulder. My wife remembered that our Winnebago Roadside Assistance was free for 1 year, and we located, then called then called the number through Coach Net. From the moment we called, I knew these were Quality people. Before I could speak, I was asked if were were in a safe location (which we were not). They stayed in contact with us, and arranged a tow by Sanchez Truck repair and Towing of Yuba City, CA. The gentleman that towed us, whose name I did not record, was the nicest, and most professional person you would EVER want to meet at 1:00 am on the Interstate. I will make every attempt to locate and praise this man to his employer, and to Coach Net, for using such quality contractors. The Coach Net people put us in contact with our authorized Freightliner service people in Sacramento. Ron at the Sacramento Truck Center kept us informed and got us repaired in as little time as possible. Now....would we have preferred NOT to have broken down? Of course. But since some breakdowns are inevitable, its nice to know that there are high-quality, professional people there to help you when you need it. In our case, Coach Net was the Quarterback of our team, and they called the plays to score the touchdown. Both Sanchez Towing, and Ron at Sacramento Truck Center combined to push us over the goal line, and back onto the highway. We are grateful to all.

I
want to take this opportunity to comment on your fantastic service,
and for the timely response and support. This summer I was
challenged with three occurrences of blowouts on my RV. These
were handled in a professional and timely manner. The service
provided for each of these instances was excellent. The dispatching
of a tow truck was accomplished in less than a half hour in each instance.
This sure makes RVing a pleasurable experience, without worry.

I
write to thank all those who assisted me when I experienced broken
secondary oil cooler and a delaminated tire, both on the same day.
I called Coach-Net seeking help in finding a dealer on my route
to Southern California for the cooler situation. This was done
quickly and courteously and with a clear sense of interest in my predicament.
When I called regarding my tire situation the tow company was
dispatched to change my tire. Since I was wrong in my estimate
of where I was, I had to call again and the Coach-Net dispatcher contacted
the highway patrol to obtain my location and notify the towing company.
I felt the dispatcher was vitally interested in ensuring I
was looked after and looked after safely. I want to commend
Coach-Net and their employees for the high quality service.

December 28 th I lost the air on my 1998 Discovery motorhome while
in Denton, TX. Within one hour of calling our Emergency Road
Service a repair technician was at my RV. I want to thank you
for the quick response and to tell you how great the repair technician
was that you sent. He advised that it was the air dryer that
needed fixing and when I asked if he could do it if we stayed in Denton
an additional day, he promptly agreed to return the next day as promised.
In one day, we were on the road again; we can't thank you enough
for being there for us.

Your
recent service on my behalf is much appreciated. At first I
had my doubts as to where you sent me for service, but they did a
super job with great efficiency. The tow service you sent out
really knew what they were doing, and your agent on the phone took
good care of me as well, for all of this, I thank you.

This
is a note to express my sincerest appreciation to an emergency service
representative named Jim. On Saturday, January 17, 2004 at
about 3 PM I was traveling through Kooteney national Park in a very
hilly and deserted part of British Columbia. My brand new RV
just stopped in the middle of nowhere. It was cold and getting
a bit late and as cell service did not work, I flagged down a car
and got a lift about 20 miles to Radium, BC where I placed a call
to Coach-Net. I talked to Jim, who assessed the situation and
realized my predicament and got into action. He told me no
matter what, I was not to worry and help would arrive. The
commitment of Jim and folks like him at Coach-Net cannot be rewarded
enough; to hear the words "help is on the way" speaks volumes to the
professional service you provide and the contractors you engage.
I have had other ERS memberships, but when I was offered Coach-Net
with my new RV in 1998, I knew from the onset you would be the best
available. Please accept my utmost thanks to Jim and all at
Coach-Net.

The
Emergency Road Service Team has always been courteous, helpful and
knowledgeable when we have called for a road service problem.
They are great! As we travel across the country, we tell motorhomers
about our excellent experiences with Coach-Net. In the world
we live in where Customer Service is often promised but not always
provided, it is refreshing to know it is readily available through
the Emergency Road Service Team. Keep up the good work.
